On linux first install

install eclipse C++ and then add cdt from the eclipse help > software installation

or use:

sudo apt-get install eclipse eclipse-cdt g++

first build and then run, otherwise the error binary not found will show.

You can use either Microsoft Visual Studio or Eclipse C++

For Eclipse I installed CGYWIN. You need to choose c++ to be installed. Use the following links for this purposes:

In c++ I had a problem with debugging. While debugging the counters in loops wouldn't show their values and I changed a property option and set it to no optimization.
